The Board, which meets twice a year, is comprised of up to 32 members elected to four-year terms. Directors are actively involved in the life and work of the College, serving as an advisory group for the Dean and college leaders on various issues affecting the future direction and excellence of the College. Directors assist in identifying and contacting potential funding sources, and serve as external advocates for the College. The Board of Directors also sets investment policy through an Investment Committee, which consults with professional managers.
