College announces 2009 PAMS Award for Excellence nominees
The College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences has received twelve nominations for the 2009 Award for Excellence. Three EPA and nine SPA employees were nominated by co-workers and supervisors for their exceptional contributions to the university and the larger community.
The EPA nominees are:

Margo Hickman (MEAS)
Pam Long ( Dean’s Office)
Veronica Morrison (Dean’s Office)
Brad Priser (Mathematics)
Rebecca Savage (Physics)
Miranda Stamper (MEAS)
Ernest Yeager (CMAST)
The nominees will be recognized at an award reception on Wednesday, March 25, at 3 p.m. The reception will be held in Dabney 210. One EPA and one SPA will be chosen as the 2009 PAMS Award for Excellence recipients. The two winners will represent the College in the University Award for Excellence competition.
