Research Programs The PAMS Research Office oversees pre-award and post-award activities for the College, and is responsible for maintaining compliance with the guidelines and policies consistent with university, state and federal requirements. Key to the latter is the adherence to the Federal OMB Circular A_21 and the North Carolina State University DS_2 Disclosure Documents. This Web page provides a few highlights of our research programs, and information on policies and procedures of the College and University research process. This includes guidelines on proposal processing, the administering of grants once proposals are funded, information about the establishment of contracts, and web links to useful information to researchers.

The College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PAMS) Research Office's primary mission is to assist the faculty and departments by facilitating and promoting research by helping them develop research programs, particularly externally sponsored programs.
